In fact, the game was planned as a DLC at first but it was further developed into a standalone game although it is no different than Saints Row 3 in the game mechanics department,

the current price point is 20$ which is rather reasonable, but thinking that it used to cost 50$ is just a ridicolous money grabbing attempt by Deep Silver, well played, eventually people did fall into your devious evil scheme into buying this garbage of a game.

works fairly well, controls are fine, but looks like ♥♥♥♥, it is a port afterall....

after adding multiplayer........ just blown away

Doesn't feel like a true successor or ideal in any way, I would recommend it, It's a good game over-all but there's just something missing!
