This kid is clearly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hacking. Please report him when you get the chance. It's so blatant. No one can physically be this bad at CS:GO without some sort of cheats. My best guess is some sort of cheat that disables his game sense IRL? Anyway, please report.
