One of the WORST gaming experiences I've ever had >:(
A game with controls and physics that are put together with what would be an insult to call spaghetti code,
– and puzzles that require you to BREAK THE GAME to complete – not to mention the worse-than -unintuitive level and puzzle design, which leave you gobsmacked when you find the moronic solutions to (if they even have a solution) make this game an all around horrorshow to play, for all the wrong reasons.
Unfortunately, the worst 5 euros I've ever spent on Steam :(

(If you want to get all the achievements (like I did), PREPARE yourself for the worst 6-hour (IRL TIME) wait for a tree to grow the golden apple in the Neighbor's front yard, JUST for a useless item that does nothing but WASTE. YOUR. TIME.)

Hello Neighbor had such great potential. But with builds getting worse and worse from alpha to alpha, and ultimately to final release—it's nothing more than a humongous disappointment.
Indie gaming's BIGGEST fumble to date.

That said, no ill will is meant toward the developers or programmers who likely had to rush the release to meet expectations. They were probably under awful deadlines, and I genuinely hope they learned something from the experience and are given better support and timelines in the future.
