Nice game, short and sweet, it's about an hour or two of fun exploring...

I myself believe it'd be cool if it was added to, with more levels and whatnot to explore.

Pros:
Gameplay is mildly enjoyable.

Artstyle is fun.


Cons:

Stupid fox thing that won't stop attaching "the" to the start of every few words.

Main characters are pretty one-note.

Story tries to be mysterious, but ends up being too vague to hook me.

Everyone was constantly mean to Lann for being too stupid, and it just stopped being funny.

Creature-stacking felt tacked on.


By the time I got to the first boss, I decided enough was enough, and refunded it before it became too late. If you're here for the interactions between franchise staples you already know, watch the game cutscenes on YouTube. You're much, MUCH better off playing something like Final Fantasy 6, or Final Fantasy 7, or Final Fantasy 4, or...actually, any Final Fantasy game is better than this.

Except for Mystic Quest.

6 great games in 1 with a save system that makes gameplay more rewarding than save states or rewinding. Zero 3 is the best Mega Man game, and the Zero quadrilogy is probably the best narrative in the entire franchise; Mega Man Zero 4 still makes me cry.

I do NOT care what people say, this is a good Arkham game

Serious Sam 2 is one of my favorite games ever, I wish the mouse sensitivity was less weird though
