Garlic 2-3 cloves, minced. Ginger 1 tablespoon, grated. kashmiri red chili powder 2 tablespoons Garam masala 1 teaspoon. Tomato puree 1 cup. Yogurt. 1/2 cup
Prepare the Lamb: Cut lamb into chunks and marinate with yogurt, ginger, garlic, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
