Easy mode is now selectable.

But for real though, my main issue with this game is that you cant bind a weapon to a keybind, otherwise its probably my GOTY so far.

EDIT: Ask and you shall receive

I'd compare this game to something like Stardew Valley; both games are simple in concept, but perfects that simplicity instead of making "unique" game of the genre. Slay the Spire isn't as unique as, say, Hand of Fate (only vague comparison I can make since there's hardly other oustanding card games), but I'd consider Slay the Spire to be much better, but we're comparing apples to oranges here.

I'll have to say this, the only card game I've played is 100% Orange Juice, and both this and that game got me hooked on giving other unknown card games a try.

10/10 would let RNG ♥♥♥♥ me again.

Let me try to NOT sell you on this game:

-It's overpriced (especially with the DLC) for the content it provides (the lack of diverse solo modes, no online training/online free for all, etc,)
-The Netcode is below average at best
-Exhibition is worse than For Glory, only see Zetter, Clairens, and Kraggs.
-The community is slowly becoming worse than Brawlhalla's, as it gets more and more popular
-It's furshit
-The story is lame
-The game is horrible during certain patches

If any of these points makes you take the game off your wishlist, the game is still fun. Nothing can take away from the enjoyment of the overall game.

...Except certain patches, but that's like a week before it gets fixed. I'll change my review to much more positive one if Car from Rocket League gets in. Otherwise, I'm putting a negative review.

This game is a perfect example of a hidden gem.

Do you want a time consuming game to pass time and chill while waiting or doing something else? This game is perfect for you.

Pros:

-Good artstyle
-Good gameplay
-Repetitive, but fun
-Unique-ish combat mechanics (I don't usually buy RPGs otherwise)
-Amazing amount of content (22 hours in and I'm not close to finishing my first playthrough)
-There are plenty of ways to play this game
-Bara men if you're into that
-But its not gay though
-Most of the time
-RNG can mess you up, but you can control the likelyhood of said RNG

Cons:
-Lack of variety in gameplay
-It's not too random (such as the maps)
-No hardcore/permadeath mode
-Awkward camera angle at times (cannot rotate camera, only pan it)

I give it a solid 9/10 didn't make me homosexual

It took me 10 hours to complete this game and I enjoyed every second of it.

I actually decided to play Ori and the Blind Forest when Ori was announced for Rivals of Aether as a guest character, even though it was on my backlog for ages. Anywho, a generous person in the Rivals of Aether community gave me a free copy of this game, and I am very grateful for that.

Now, I thought this game wouldnt run on my current PC with an intergrated intel GPU, but even on low end PCs, this game looks and runs amazing through most of the game. I will be getting a much better laptop soon enough, so I'll 100% replay it by then to get the full experience.

As for the gameplay, I really hate platformers and stuff that seems too floaty or slippery. However, this was an exception, and probably one of my favorite platformer games of all time. Everything was just right for it to be easy enough, but also challenging enough for most players. The abilities also changed the game quite a bit, which is a good thing.

I really have nothing to say without spoilers, it's perfect for what it tries to achieve.

Pros:
Great Platformer
Good Soundtrack
Amazing Graphics
Optimization for lower end PCs

Cons:
On said lower end PCs, graphics will glitch out or frame lag. However this isnt the game's fault.
You can get lost a lot of the time
you may cry in this game

10/10 for what it does and achieves

**As of this review, it's $7.49, which is an amazing price for this game. Stop reading this review and buy it.**

I played this game for over 100+ hours across all consoles and through other ways, and will play 100+ more now that I own it on steam.

I completed all story modes on Revengence multiple times
I got most VR missions
I completed most said VR missions
I can speedrun this game in an afternoon
My saves were deleted multiple times, intentionally and unintentionally
I got everything there is to buy in the game
And I'm still not tired of it.

Metal Gear is my favorite series of all time, no game I played yet has reached below a 7/10, including spinoffs, and this is no exception. This game is mindless but also skillful in certain aspects. Although there are many, many bugs and it can feel like an unfinished clunky game, that won't stop me from having so much fun.

Did I mention that this game runs perfectly on my intel i3 @1.90GHz, 6GB RAM and an intergrated intel graphics card notebook? It goes the same with MGSV too, which is also why I love Metal Gear so much.

Pros:
It's fun
It's mindless
Combat is good
Memes

Cons:
UHHHHhhhhh there's one horrible underground railroad section

10/10

Minor Spoilers up ahead. tl;dr at the end.

Is this game good? Yes... at 50 cents. I bugged my friend to get me tthis game when it was on sale for 50 cents as I couldn't sell anything yet.

You can easily beat this game on a casual playthrough in less than 2 hours, heck, I beat it in 2 hours and I got stuck on some parts of the game. Anyway, this story IS good for the latter half of the game, I'd say it's similar to Fahrenheit 451 in a way, but without the books.

One of my biggest complaints about this game is the lack of dialogue progression. For an example, in the beginning of the game, there's a shop you have to shop at to buy a bus pass. The dialogue comes and goes, but later in the game, if you go back and talk to them again, the same series of dialogue shows up, and you pay for it again and again, but it doesn't spend you money. I think it's lazy on their part.

Another minor complaint I have is the travel system. In the beginning of the game, you're in your bedroom and have to go into the living room. You have to select the lower left corner, even though there's absolutely no indication that a door to the living room was there.

Now let's go to the good parts.

The story, is, like I said, pretty good but it could be better. There's a lot of holes in there, but its probably explained in the other minorly different endings, but I don't feel like replaying the game.

The visuals on this are actually very unique in my opinion. In most parts, it looks very beautiful. At other parts it looks too bright, too many glares and such.

The main catch of this game is the OST. The OST is great, and was one of the main reasons why I bought this game too. The OST is a hidden gem, so it's hard to find on youtube or various other sites. It's not my type of music persey, but if I liked it, I'd be jamming to it every day.

tl;dr time

Pros:
-Good story
-Unique visuals
-Great OST that comes with the game

Cons:
-Horrible dialogue progression
-Bad travel system
-Long Loading times, and you load every time you enter a new screen.

I recommend this game... Only if it's cheap and for the OST. You can probably buy it and refund it when you beat it, but thats up to you. Wait for a sale.
