Rematch is really good and sadly really bad.

The bad:
Like every multiplayer game people tend to worsen the experience you have playing this title: own goals, low IQ success rate passes or no passes at all, Rainbow flickers you name it. In combination with the countless bugs that have persisted through multiple closed and open betas like: ranked matches not able to find a 10th player for some reason, dogwater netcode, both teams or severals players randomly disconnecting, people teleporting, ball entering hypersonic speeds or just teleporting aswell, broken mechanics, horrendous hitboxes (ball and players alike) just to name a few Rematch can be a total nightmare.

The Good:
If you play with friends you can pull of some nutty moves after a fun and both challenging learning curve. When the mechanics work they feel great. This leads to an extremly addicting gameplayloop which is great because matches only last about 7 to 8 minutes including overtime.

After sinking 50 hours into this game i cant really recommend it even if i am having loads of fun. Too often you are left wondering if the game is working properly or not.

TLDR gameplay is fun when it works, lots of bugs, should have released as early access

i swear to god just sell the ip already and let someone develop this game who actually cares. Bought this 2015 with some friends and its the same buggy piece of ♥♥♥♥ game it was 10 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ years ago. no reason to play this at all when there are alternatives 100x better

dont trust this game.

its a souls like shooter that was incredibly fun for the first 2 to 5 hours with my friends but after that you realise that its the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥ copy paste content. the different maps have the same lifeless boring look to them. game mechanics are really clunky but fine. there also is no music except the boss fights which adds to the lifelessness.

TLDR:
game was fun for first 2 hours but then the same ♥♥♥♥ over and over again

when aiming down sight with the reptilian skin, your hunter dislocates his thumb, please fix crytek, thank you
