Edit: I recommend following the "Viva New Vegas" guide. That will tell you everything you need to know about modding FNV. They have done such a good job and that's what I followed. It's a good guide that also tells you what mods to avoid.

I've played this game on all consoles and PC. I owned and completed everything before it was on Steam this is my teenage years I love and still love this game. It is without a doubt the best RPG in existence. Anything I have to say wouldn't do it justice. Do yourself a favour, buy the game and have the best experience of your life! Edit: I have also done extensive modding I can upon request can share what mods I use and what imo are the best to use while still keeping that nostalgic vibe.

The previous comment answers all three questions within the Viva New Vegas guide anything else not mentioned I should be able to answer or at least point you in the right direction.

Okay so I had a bit of a problem with the game crashing I had to start a new fresh install but in the process came across this modding guide

Everything you need to know and more is within this site. MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERY PART OTHERWISE IT WON'T WORK. I can't stress this enough they mention in the guide if you follow this guide you'll be fine. I have added mods not mentioned tailored to my personal taste I'm still working out load order but it all seems to be working fine. I have New Vegas Reloaded alongside all this but as the guide says don't use ENB's theres much better ways to get that desired effect with better performance I shall load photos of my mod list and here is also a subreddit about this very thing.
