So far so good. The modern controls, widescreen and quick saves are quality of life improvements IMO. Achievements and fast loading are also a welcome addition.

If you are Gen X like me you will feel nostalgia for the PSX graphics and not having the game guide you to your destination with yellow paint but if you are a younger gamer this might no be your cup of tea.

Still, you might want to give it a try since it is only 10 euro!

I beat it on my second try. Now I just have it run in the background so I can get the card drops. 😂
The vines move slower so you can avoid the saws making this game easier than the first one. If you bought the €0.49 bundle, train on this first before you try the first game.

It starts slow but hits you like a brick near the end. The meta puzzles are very unique and I recommend the game just to experience them. Note that after you beat the game, there is a way to come back for the true ending that can only be experienced once, unless you go out of your way to delete hidden game files.

Niko is very likable and feels like an intelligent being with his own agenda and not just an avatar for you to experience the game, like so many silent protagonists feel.

It was fun!

Very easy achievements. Still the game is very addictive and fun with its gameplay and visual candy.

If you encounter a glitch that keeps loading on the title screen forever you have to disable cloud saving.

When prompted by Steam pick to load from local files but don't start the game. Now go to settings and disable cloud saving for this game and you shouldn't encounter any other issues.

Very addictive twin shooter action. The longest 4 minutes of your life if you want the SSS+ rating!

Interesting but short story. The attributes you pick affect the outcome of certain actions.
Your first playthrough should be blind after that try to figure out the conditions to 100% the game. The only negative thing is that you can only use one save file and the game auto-saves over it after you pass a chapter.

I got a free code for the game years ago but never played it until recently.

If you love old school adventure games you will love Disturbed: Beyond Aramor. You have to save often, draw your own maps and explore thoroughly. The game does not hold your hand and you are encouraged to try different things which can have different results based on when you do them and who is with you.

In combat you can only control your actions and not your allies. I advice you to save before combat as there is a random chance for your actions to succeed or fail but the percentage of certain actions succeeding is higher than others. This is also based on what action your opponent is about to do.

If you have the patience to explore old school type of games and love multiple endings give the game a chance.
