Separam albusurile de galbenusuri.
Albusurile le batem spuma cu un praf de sare,treptat adaugam zaharul si mixam pana devine o bezea lucioasa.Adaugam pe rand cate un galbenus si mixam bine dupa care adaugam uleiul.
Separat amestecam faina cu praful de copt si o adaugam treptat peste compozitia de oua.
Oprim 3-4 linguri din compozitie in care punem cacaua,iar in cealalta coaja de lamaie si vanilia.
Dam la cuptor pentru 40 de min.Facem testul scobitorii.
Merge foarte bine cu nutella si un pahar de lapte fierbinte
