anti cheat system kept timing out and kicking me from the game regardless of solutions on the forums

When first got the game it was in Febuary of 2018. Banned in March of 2018.
Reason: Saying bad words multiple times because there was no warning system nor censor sytem implemented. following April of 2018, Ubisoft comes out with a new update on their ban hammer.

I don't smoke nor do I support the use of drugs or alcohol, but for example, lets just say that the government decides to legalize Marajiuana, should the government release all the prisoners that were convicted with using marajuana or selling it?

it would be fair and right to release said prsioners because the law changed, correct?
well its the same thing here.

Dear Catherine or Ubisoft support staff.

I get it, its your job to say no, because I had acted immaturely in an online game, but you must understand that none of us are perfect and that in a game such as siege where somehow team killing goes unpunished but saying bad words in a video game is the biggest concern. sometimes people can't help but over react, I understand the rules now but I honestly just don't find it fair now that because of this update, other players now have more chances (3) to avoid a permanent ban where I didn't. they get warning notifications now and increments in ban days before being exiled. Because I know for sure that if I had the chances these players have now, I would have cleaned up my act and played respectfully as well as be mindful of others.
I would just like a second chance is all.

Even after the investigation of your account, the breach of the code of conduct could be confirmed. Therefore the ban won't be lifted. Please keep in mind that support has no ability to overturn a ban placed on your account following the denied appeal.
