there were never any video, resolution, or window settings, and now they add more bugs to the game as time goes on. now if people leave the game and are marked MIA, it can take nearly 2 hours for the deployment phase to end, which is super boring and there is very little indication of when it is your turn, making it easy to stare at the screen for over an hour and randomly lose anyway.

i will keep playing it until i find a better competitive risk game. i wish there was a competitive platform to play risk ii (from the year 2000) on. check out myabandonware /game/risk-ii-be5

all the people saying there are private servers are lying.. its impossible to play now!

apparently they replaced the game with an interactive menu, where it seems like you are in game, but the small cliffed in area you spawn in at is not part of the game, it is surrounded by invisible walls and you cannot leave to play the actual game.

there is no persistent PvP server

i tried thinking this was an immortally persistent PvP landscape, but it is being forced by the owners into more of a single player experience, which is a shame because all the technology is right here for what I want to exist, but its simply not allowed anywhere anymore.

player vs player damage does not function.. my gameplay consisted of being mobbed by players following me around who i could not fight so they were able to cover my screen and there was nothing i could do to stop them.

if the 2 inches in length worked on female bodies i would recommend this, but there is no genitalia options for females.

text chat doesn't work

I just found out I'm #6 in total time played on the main NA prim+ server, so maybe someone will take me seriously but probably not... everyone post i see says this game is unplayable and broken but it's actually the opposite, its development is completed and it's truly the best experience ARK has to offer (I have more time in non-prim+ servers, so I'm not basing this on guesses)

The servers will be shut sometime this September, and although I've been trying to get the CrossArk hosted privately, someone seems to have set things up in a way to make it impossible to run the maps using official hosting methods.. I am currently researching any alternative ways to keep the official server seamlessly running after the impending shutdown.. but what I have seen so far it doesn't look good :(

Please do yourself a favour and don't miss out on the best and most balanced dinosaur survival game that has ever existed, because the way things are going with modern for-profit game design, humanity may never get a chance to experience anything like this ever again.. DON'T MISS OUT!
