Trade Offers can only be sent to friends. RyzheBot is not on your Steam friends list.
The bot is really awesome and helped me to complete a whole bunch of sets, so thank you for putting it up!
Though there is a bit of room for improvement:
You should definitely set a maximum limit of ~5 for each card in the bots inventory to avoid getting overstocked and keeping the supply diverse.
Also putting a value on each card depending on the size of the set might be a good idea.
Maybe go with Value=1:Set Size and only accept trades which are either equal or in favor for the bot. That way it would also slowly accumulate more cards in the inventory and thereby increase it's usefulness and functionality.
When it comes to Foil Cards I would recommend to go with a 1:1 trade ratio for normal cards. Foil cards sets also only give 100 XP and since they don't have any monetary value anymore at least in my opinion it doesn't matter that much if a set is normal or foil.
