It's really quite fun, and the monetisation is surprisingly not intusive at all, as long as you stick to the pure PvP modes and ignore the extraction gamemode.

Another piece of live service crap, served at full price. Basically unplayable for longer amounts of time without a fallout first subscription given the storage restrictions placed on you without. If you get it really cheap it's allright for a while, but just play anything else otherwise.

They don't make em like this anymore. It's not just about beating a campaign, you will want to play em again and again to beat par times and scores. and it's FUN! every single moment of halo: reach is fun, nothing ever feels like a chore. There are no unlocks to worry about, no grinding, just pure unadulterated fun.

Tja, schön wars

I can recommend this game only if you are not very worried about gametime per $. My first clear on normal difficulty took 2 hours, and I've now completed all difficulties with a whole 6 hours played.

That aside it's a pretty fun game, you have many fun ways of killing the enemies, and at higher difficulties they become more deadly, but don't turn into bullet sponges. Gameplay is fast, and controls feel very precise. The game is also really pretty; unfortunately they charge you extra money for most skins.

Game has severe pacing issues, and microing the heat is about the stupidest mechanic ever invented.
