Probably one of the best f1 games to date and with the unpredictability of the pandemic having to add tracks after launch definitely made me want to come back when I got bored of the same track loop

Been playing this game since Destiny on the PS4. Although, it is not as complete as Destiny in it's final year it still has me coming back to endless grind.

Great game if you love to grind. Hard to recommend at full price but on sale you should definitely buy. Easy game to 100% as well if you are a completionist.

This game is good. The culture victory makes sense, unlinke previous games, and the introduction of districts is a unique spin on gaining culture, science, money etc, etc. Many people complain about the builders only having x amount of charges however after factoring the tiles needed for districs and wonder you will find that builders only need a set amount of charges otherwise you will be paying money for units you don't really need. Also the art style of the game is unique and interesting and in my opinion is one of my favourite art styles of any civ game. Furthermore the dlc isn't really that bad, you look at civ v and you see and huge list of dlc to empty your wallet for. Yes, civ vi is still in its infency, but it seems like Firaxis is following the same route as they did for civ v. And you may look as one of the dlc civs as useless but when was the last time you played polynesia because they were "outstanding".

However, the ai in this game is horendous. If you play single player expect Harold Haadrada to denounce you because you didn't build a single ship or Ghandi to hate you because you have one warrior (the unit you get at the start of the game.) Not to mention the peace treaties which are either completly ignored by the ai or requires you to shell out 54 gold per turn and over half of your gold even when you are beating them...

Overall civ vi is a good game. Definitly up there for one of the best civ games. Some of the major critisms just simply aren't true. But the ai is terrible and, sounding like a broken record, needs to be patched. I would reccommend this game to anyone. Fans of the franchise, people hoping to get into civ or strategy game lovers who want to add another game to their libary. I apologise for any bad spelling :)
