Early Access Review
Solid fun with friends and developer seems committed to providing content beyond the initial period of hype.

Weak first patch notes after launch earned a refund by entirely failing to address major issues. Solely a trio-focused game as the shell (playable character) kits and TTK aren't balanced for solos and the developers somehow refuse to add duo lobbies. Weak optimization with poor DLSS and no frame gen support as well, though it's not a deal-breaker. Otherwise it's a very promising game with interesting progression, 9/10 visual style, and much potential.

expands on the original title's transhumanist themes in an interesting way. node 100 was "fun"

downright magic for FPS-locked games. if you can afford the 360Hz monitor, you can afford the $7 to see those Hz even when the game won't let you

FOR FREE??? high-skill engaging combat, gives you many tools and the ability to be creative in how you use them to fight, puzzle, and explore the world. dreamlike setting is awesome if you like liminal spaces or 3d low-poly retro environments. soundtrack and story contribute great to the experience, and it's worth unlocking the true ending. far more effort and creativity than most games i've actually had to pay for. about 4 hours to 100%, easy to complete in one long sitting.

best free singleplayer game i've ever played by a long shot

very simple demo-sized 15 minute investigation game, doesn't take a genius but it was fun

Early Access Review
Settings are not persistent, sensitivity is high and broken with forced acceleration, voice chat forces your microphone on randomly, and lobby/multiplayer is shoddily thrown together and unreliable. It is an early access game, but it should at least deliver on the basics of what make a game playable. I would refund it, but even closing the game doesn't work properly, so as the window closed the process still ran in the background after I left and it ran up my playtime outside the return window.
