I'm writing this as I'm playing to finalize achievements. This is how involved late game is. The game itself is fun at first and it has some cool ideas on the usual game play loop. The issues this game has shows itself as soon as you'd like to change any setting. Controller settings aren't applied to the current game, which force a restart. Even worse is that these settings are reset after a game, forcing you to play with default settings regardless.

Changing any settings is made even worse than what I described below. When changing resolution for example, controller input changes multiple steps at a time. So instead of changing to 1920x1080, you're already at 3840x1080 within a short press of the joystick. Using dpad instead sounds like a good idea, but that doesn't work.

Limiting fps in your newly unchosen resolution also doesn't work unless it's the default 120. Oh also did I mention that a chance in resolution changes your current active menu selection to some other setting? You'll have to go back to the correct setting before attempting to land on the correct option. Every. Single. Time.

This ♥♥♥♥ is just unpolished as hell. The developer also clearly hasn't had anyone to test this ♥♥♥♥ with a controller either.
