Fain profil! Pentru inceput iti prezint o reteta de clatite cu Nutella. Ingredientele pentru vreo 8 clatite sunt urmatoarele:

2 oua
160 ml lapte integral
160 ml apa minerala
160 grame faina 650 cernuta
30 grame unt topit sau ulei
1 plic zahar vanilat

Se bat ouale cu telul, impreuna cu un varf de cutit de sare. Se adauga laptele impreuna cu apa minerala, amestecand in continuare cu telul, apoi untul topit si plicul de zahar vanilat. Se adauga treptat faina amestecand in continuare ca sa nu se formeze gomoloate. Compozitia rezultata trebuie sa stea 60 minute la rece ca sa devina perfecta pentru clatite, desi daca e graba se poate trece pe loc la coacerea lor, dar se vor rupe foarte usor. Cu cat stau mai mult la rece cu atat devin mai elastice.

Se incinge o tigaie de clatite, se foloseste un servetel umezit in ulei sa ungeti usor tigaia si apoi cu un polonic se toarna in tigaie compozitia. Se scot in o farfurie una peste alta si
