bring back matchmaking. make csgo great again. welcome back csgo. holy responsiveness.

this game has me hooked at the moment. whenever i can i dump a few hours into this at a time.

pros:

• the graphics are unique and interesting, love the vibe of high fantasy meets WW2.
  
• the game has incredible depth, from how you build your deck, to the promotion gems, and the relics. you can combine all of that together to bring together incredible power by the end of a run.
  
• the environments are incredibly well done. i love getting to witness all the different maps for all of the factions.
  
• mini-bosses, battle mutators, and boss fights are all pretty interesting and most require you to actually think to get past them.

cons:

• its not immediately obvious how you are intended to deck build around certain champion abilities, takes a few runs to figure out sometimes.
  
• the UI could use a lot of love and polish
  
• no main menu, which is confusing at first
  
• some factions feel extremely frustrating to play as if you get unlucky and get a faction that hard counters them as your first map.

Suffers from the same thing every MOBA does which is information overload on itemization. Not a fan.

Absolutely fantastic game. I have dumped pretty much two full work days into this game already and it's not even 48 hours past launch.

It's rough in some places(wheel traction, the designer can be a little tough to work with, and the WW1 scenario is actually hell) but it's one of those rough gems that I expect to be a diamond as the dev gets more funding.

If you're on the edge and wondering if you should leap into this wonderful game, I say yes.

The dev is very active in the discord and has addressed most of our concerns and has been quick to fix critical bugs. They also say that the day 1 sales have provided them enough to bring on additional staff members, which means the game can only get better.
