TLDR; Had crashing issue after a patch, reached out to devs via discord, got back to me and fixed within a few hours. Great gameplay and performance with lots of potential.

I don't think I have ever written a review on steam before. However, I figured this game deserves one as I needed to reach out to one of the devs due to a brief crashing issue. The game runs extremely smooth all the time, ultra settings, 1440p at 60fps. However due to a patch earlier, my game kept crashing about 20/30 seconds after launch. I spoke to one of the devs name Johan on discord, he immediately came back to me and tried to help solve the issue, and within a few hours the team had managed to get out a patch which fixed the issue. So 10/10 on the support side of things.

Regarding the game itself, I am personally having a lot of fun with it. DRG has a great balance of exploration/mining and combat, and the mining/combat also works towards progression of the classes, which is something I always enjoy in games. CS:GO and such like have never quite hooked me due to no progression/levelling system other than a number.

DRG may not be everyones cup of tea, but if you are looking for great co-op experience, then this will satisfy that itch. Kinda reminds me of a mix between Killing Floor 2, Team Fortress 2, Borderlands and Minecraft all rolled into one, and that is certainly not a bad thing.

Performace wise it runs super smoothly on ultra settings 1440p at a constant 60fps, and I really enjoy the graphic style.

The game has a lot of potential and has a lot of features that need to be added and tweaked, most of this seems to be in the works though, and the devs are listening to the community and feedback which is always a good sign.
