Absolutely phenomenal game, A step up from the remaster Nocturne got. Here's to hoping we get Raidou 2 remastered.

I wanted to review this game after I 100% it, but I nearly just made my review due to the low amount of total reviews to this game.
But then came other people and I could properly 100% this game before making this review.
This game is a staple game if you like any dungeon crawler roguelike like Gungeon and the Binding of Isaac, but even with that being its influence it can stand on its own merits.
The gameplay is pure and concentrated fun, its not as mix and match as the Binding of Isaac but the gameplay itself is more than enough to offset this.
Another aspect of the gameplay is the achievement hunting part, sure it is not infinite but it is some of the most fun I had in a roguelike. Most roguelikes tend to fall short on achievements quite a bit because it can get too inflated and just too daunting to take on, yet this game strikes a balance that makes it really fun to get them.
The graphics are your typical roguelike pixelated visuals but they make up for it with character designs that stand out, that said some enemies can seem generic and uninspired but its overall good.
The music is great, but some tracks do get annoying which is not what you want in an infinitely replayable game.
Overall I would highly recommend this game, I actually went out of my way to 100% this (I'm usually too bad to 100% other games) and i'm happy with the time I spent on it.

This game at this price is a steal. I played this game with my fps cap switching between 25 and 60. if that is not reason enough then I don't know what is.

I love Verdun, despite my current hours im planning to play it more.
This is an absolute gem of a shooter, every gun is satisfying to use regardless if you care about historical accuracy. This is also one of the most historically accurate games out there on steam.
I have been playing mostly with AI and enjoying the hell out of it.
But it has some negatives:
*This game does not have enough players for most modes, frontline constantly has 2 servers but every other mode is very dead, im not complaining since its the best mode but thats something you should know if you want a little bit more than frontlines and not planning to play VS AI/

*There is no matchmaking (You choose the server), This means if you are a beginner you are gonna be put against players 10 times better than you.

*There is a pretty decent amount of cheaters, this isn't just rage from being completely outmatched by other people who are more skilled than me, there is constant times where the instant i peek no matter where, I get caught by a certain player.

Regardless, an amazing game.
And the only way to fix its player count is to buy it, so what are you waiting for?
Oh and also it gets a lot of free updates so thats always a positive.
