Disclaimer: I have a good pc and updated my drivers and everything so personally I am not experiencing many of the performance issues like other users are. While I still am experiencing some, and my main complaints being in frame drops and overall mid frame rate, the performance at this time is not ruining my experience.

So with that out of the way, the gameplay experience:

I'm really impressed so far! Really enjoying the newer characters and environments, as well as a great base to move around in. The plot has been interesting and engaging. Traversing is so much less tedious than it once was, and thank ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god for adding fast travel. Really enjoying the change in customization and meditation hub layout changes. I really didn't think I'd miss the abundance of sonic-esque sliding terrain, but I kinda do.

the pve is really nice to play after a long day

Pretty much the perfect accumulation of fromsoftware's experience. You will not regret the buy at all.

Honestly a really fun game overall. It gives that dark souls feel with some other influences that makes it a really unique game. Gameplay is the best part of this game in my opinion. It has fun weapons and weapon mods that allow for different playstyles. The plot on the other hand ends up falling short. I thought it had potential in the beginning but after about what feels like half way through the game you end up with a really underwhelming encounter with the person you've been looking for all game just to be given a boss fight immediately after that seems like its not even part of the story line and is unexpected. It just seems like after what feels like halfway through the game they had a deadline to make and skipped out on a lot of story telling and content to the game. The only other real problem I had with this game is the map system. It felt overly difficult for only the reason of making things difficult. What I mean by this is the fact that there are a million portals and none of them are named on the map so its very easy to forget where you have gone before or trying to find specific items or areas in general. Overall its a very fun game to play with friends and to play through multiple times. That is what really makes the game fun and enjoyable. Only if they put some more time into this I think it could have been a really great game! I'd give it a 8/10.
