INGREDIENTS:

- 200g de farina de blat sense blanquejar
- 250 ml d´ aigua
- 50g de mantega
- 1 cascara de llima
- Sal
- 3 ous
- Oli per a fregir
- Sucre per a empolvorar
- Canyella para empolvorar

PREPARACIÓ:

1.
En una casserola, bulla l´ aigua.
Assasona amb una mica de sal.
Afig la pell de llima i la mantega.
Deixa que bulla.

2.
Quan començe a bullir, retira la pell de la llima i afig la farina.
Removem fins que s´enlaire de la paella.
Possar la massa en un bol i deixar que es refrede una mica.
