The whole spoiler text tells a story about a real life person and has nothing to do with the game's story so if you're interested, you can read it but if not then you can just read my review below the spoiler text (WARNING: for some of you the real life story can be more emotional than the whole game)

Let me tell you a story about a boy whose one of the major hobbies was video games as he was growing up
He would also spend time with his friends outside
But as he would comeback home from friends or school he would either boot up his pc, his x360 or ps2 (that was all he owned and still owns it to this day)
One day in 2013 he finds out about a post apocalyptic game with an emotional driven story and as soon as he saw the gameplay he was blown away
He then started googling websites and see if he could download the game, he couldn't because it was only on consoles. He then went to online stores to see if he could order a physical copy of the game for his x360. He then found out that the game is only ported on ps3, something that he didn't owned and couldn't own because "your room is already filled with pc and two consoles, you really don't need a fourth platform" - said the parents. He eventually grew into his teens and desired the game more and more and started envy anyone who managed to already play it by now. He asked his parents if he could get a ps4 since it's more modern and has more modern games than a ps3 and a remastered version of the game but the parents still said no. Time passed by and that boy is now an adult, has a well paying job and a girlfriend, but the game he desired for almost a decade by now is nowhere to be found in his steam library (getting a console for one game is pretty stupid now that I own RTX 3050). One day around the fall of 2022 the guy who was once a boy, gets one of the best news of his life. The game he wanted to play since the childhood, is getting ANOTHER remaster and this time it is being ported to the pc. He patiently waited and waited, day by day with excitement. The day finally comes on March 28th 2023 (pretty much 10 years later by now lol). The guy install the game, unpacks the game and builds shaders which makes him wait another several hours. But after those few hours he gets to finally touch the game for the very first time in his life. And in the first 30 minutes of his gameplay, all of his smile, excitement and happiness gets shattered into pieces.

I honestly don't even know where to start...
Guess I'll start from the very beginning
As soon as I went to options and saw that I have 4 VRAM and the game requires atleast 5 on lowest settings, I already had a feeling that the game is NOT gonna look great or even good before even starting it
In the first 30 minutes I saw:
terrible looking character models
pixelated mirror reflections
few "please wait" texts popping up on my screen
even more terrible looking face models that were also missing a lot of detail
And I saw Tess literally having the time of her life by stroking up and down while T posing in front of me (that was the exact moment when I just didn't knew what to do anymore so I simply facepalmed)
Keep in mind that this was only 30 minutes
Later in the game I discovered "cyberpunk" areas (those who had this glitch will understand exactly what I mean)
Water that looks like oil
Joel's thick, black eyebrows (surprisingly I didn't experienced black Joel like some people have)
And more "please wait" that extended way longer and forced me to just re-load my save file

The next day I continue this...torturous journey (yes I was really desperate to beat the story for the very first time in my life)

I say ♥♥♥♥ it and decide to test out ultra graphics (keep in mind I have 4 VRAM). This is where I get a mini heart attack because the game immediately crashes and doesn't let me in because even the loading screen crashes (but I minimized my screen resolution to the lowest and managed to get back into the game)
More missing textures, more please wait and more "cyberpunk"
And also encountered several crashes
Oh and almost every letter, whether it's in pause menu or main menu or notes that you read in the game or subtitles or pretty much any letters that appear in the game are missing and that was another problem that I had to overcome in the game because in some areas I would get lost and would need a hint but couldn't read it because 90% of the letters are missing so I am forced to pretty much restart my game
The game is basically more of a struggle and less of an enjoyment at this point
But I finally manage to reach an end of the game after many bugs, crashes and "please wait"s
Oh and you thought Left Behind was gonna get better right? well lemme tell you something, it was worse...

None of the issues I mentioned has to do with the story or it's characters. In fact some cutscenes would load up just fine and I would get to enjoy the emotional scenes without any bugs interfering. But it is a one big nasty interference of my enjoyment of the gameplay and in the end I ended up more disappointed than happy, because this was the game that I waited for 10 years (read the real life story with spoiler text to understand the context better)

Don't know when they will fix the game or even fix it or when will I own a PS5 because I really don't see a reason spending 600$~ just to play one game, but I know one thing that this whole experience was just sad...and my sadness has nothing to do with the story of the game...

Welcome to Left 4 Dead 2

A game where you either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain or in other words you either die a noob or live long enough to see someone calling you a hacker because you play better than them.

A game where griefer or you unload a shotgun at your teammates and burst into tears of laughter as they rage at you and scream into their microphones.

A game where you get kicked out for reasons like being away from your team more than 10
meters or saying "hello" and they don't like your voice or failing an instant kill.

A game with the weirdest AI ever.

A game with weirdest hitboxes ever.

A game full of tricks and glitches which will either annoy you, your team or enemy team.

A game where winning is importance of the essence or you're a noob and should just uninstall or play single player (atleast that's what 75% of this community thinks).

A game where enemy team will teach you how to play if they notice your trash skills.

A game where you blame your team for playing terrible even tho you play as bad as they do if not worse.

And i think that's all the bad things about Left 4 Dead 2. Now let's go to the good side of this game.

Let's start with the story.

The story is very simple and yet interesting. 4 random people meet up together and try to survive hordes of zombies by going from point A to point B. Yes, that's it...that's the whole story. Each character is well written and interesting in their own perspective and as they progress to safety they interact with eachother.

Now that we got story and character out of the way let's start talking about game modes that this game has to offer.

Campaign mode

This mode is just like single player but with people who can join you during your game progress and help you survive or shoot you in the back. I recommend this one as your first mode because this is where you will get used to game mechanics and how they work. You will get introduced to special infected and how they work aswell. There are 13 official campaigns created by valve.

Versus mode

This is a competitive mode between survivors and special infected. Survivor players try to make it to the saferoom and gain as much points as possible while special infected players try to stop them because points determine which team wins at the end of campaign. This is without a doubt the most toxic mode in gaming history. 9 out of 10 games you will meet all in one:toxic people, tryharders, ragers, rage quitters, griefers, kickers, split screeners if you play on console, friendly people. I recommend playing this with atleast one friend so you don't get kicked for reasons like:
leaving the saferoom too early
staying away from your team more than 10 meters
saying "hi" and they don't like your voice
failing to save your teammate
failing to kill one of the special infected
failing in general
not getting that instant kill
not being helpful enough into killing survivors
not enough damage playing as the tank
i could go on and on but i guess you get the point...

Scavange mode

Just like versus mode it is a competitive mode between survivors and infected in which survivors pour gas into generators as much as possible and infected try to stop them. You can choose in a lobby from 1 to 5 rounds. Round ends once either all survivors are dead or incapacitated or the timer run out and none of them are holding a gas can. Once the round ends teams switch and then you either pour gas or try to stop them. If you have more gas poured by the end of the round then you get a point. This mode requires huge team work so expect a lot of toxic people here aswell. I only recommend this one after you get used to playing as both survivors and infected.

Survival mode

This one is simple and fun. You arm yourselves, start an infinite horde and try to survive as long as possible.

Realism mode

You'll understand this one once you finish playing campaign mode.

Mutations

Various mutations created by people where you can have lots of fun with your friends. Not many random people play these days.

This game has tons of action, gore, rage and overall fun. You just have to accept this game as "fun" not as "winning". It can run on low spec PCs pretty well and it's a perfect price. Best 8 bucks that you will ever spend in your life. Anyways i think i'm done writting this review. I might update it in the future.

Goodluck...

...have fun.

P.S. sorry for grammar mistakes.

*sigh* okay so i bought this for 3.72 if im not wrong and as a POSTAL fan i didn't wanted to be an a$$hole so decided to give this game a chance and oh boy was i wrong...
before i talk bad about this game, i'm gonna try and add some good things about it aswell
+best thing about this game is the soundtrack. It is one of the best video game soundtracks i ever heard and it fits the game PERFECTLY
+decent voice acting (not for the main character)
+cool new weapons like HIV cats or bees that you can throw at people and watch them getting ripped apart
+some cool and challenging achievements you can get in this game
+follows the same story as the 2nd game:Dude goes to another sh@thole a.k.a Catharsis, does his "$hitty jobs" for people and tries to make cash for the trip while he meets more a$$hole people that hate him and wants to kill him
+violence and gore just as the previous ones
+you can choose a good/evil path blah blah blah and get a good/evil ending blah blah blah
Okay now that we got that out of the way let's go to the sh#tty side of this game:
- firstly lets get the obvious one out of the way that it was NOT made by RWS but instead by some russian companies that did knew what they were doing...
- multiple bugs, glitches that makes you even restart the damn game
- Postal III a.k.a The Definition of Crashing
- Dude's voice acting...the way Postal 2 dude says quotes sounds BADA$$, but the way Postal 3 dude says quotes sounds so lazy and boring
- sh#tty dark humor that can only make a 10 year old laugh (let's not forget this is a M rated game)
- oh you remember how i said how achievements can be challenging ? well it's because they are so BUGGY
- repetitive story...you get your "sh#tty job" you do it, you fail to get paid, you go to do another "sh#tty job" of yours
- melee weapons ? don't bother using them
- in Postal 2 you can pee for 2 hours...but in this game you can pee for 2 seconds
- AI is so f@cking retarded in this game that you might aswell play the game with your eyes closed so you wouldn't have to see their stupid actions
- cover system is USELESS
- cutscenes look worse than the gameplay itself
- sound effects (best solution is to mute the game sound and just leave the music sound)
- you have to beat this buggy piece of crap in order to unlock free roam and then again...the free roam is SOOOO boring because all you can do is kill a bunch of innocent people that wont even fight back and give you a challenge
- Uwe Boll is in this game
- it's full price right now is 11.99 when it should be for free imo
- don't you think i should stop now ?
Okay i think you get the point now. What i DON'T reccomend ?
DO NOT buy this game for 11.99 just wait for the sale if you're a hardcore POSTAL fan
What i reccomend ?
Get a Postal 3 disc so you could pee on it or just buy Postal 2 instead
Final score:3/10
I REGRET EVERYTHING
Edit:
Also don't forget to pray for those who bought this for 59.99
