Single player does not work on modern machines, tried working around this and it still does not.

Bought this game for a friend and myself years ago when it was first released into early access. It had a very small player base back then with only a few active lobbies for multiplayer. Now in 2017 the game is pretty much dead, hardly ever any updates and the updates that do happen are very small and do not add much to the game. there is no playerbase in the multiplayer.

back when it first hit the early access scene the game had great potentionl, great cover mechanics and the shooting felt good when you weren't lagging.

Edit#2: only way for me to play the game is to join a friends game through the steam friends list or to be invited through the steam friends list. Have also tried several fixes from the FAQ and Trouble shooting Forums, none of which have helped it run any smoother.

Edit#1: have fixed the issues with options not showing in the options menus.

Runs terribly on my computer and is unplayable, otherwise I would probably love this game. I have only played probably 4 minutes of the tutorial as every time I launch the server browser it crashes the game. I have tried verify game integrity and receieved 3 missing files and this did not help. have tried playing on lowest settings and on highest settings. speaking of wich the Game, Audio, Input, and Controls options menus are bugged and have no option to choose from in them.
