Season 2 bad. Fix game

If you decide to get this game, get it on sale I wouldn't pay more than $5 for it. The game play is an extremely basic third person shooter with a G.I. Joe skin on top of it. The comic book cutscenes are nicely done and the voice acting is pretty good too which is the only thing this game has going for it. It's just a shame the gameplay is extremely boring. I barely used the character special abilities and just ended up running and gunning the entire game and hiding whenever I was low health. Boss mechanics are extremely simple and on the final boss fight they didn't even do their mechanics right at all, both bosses just ended up doing nothing other than relentlessly chasing me in my face and shooting me. Might be fun for an hour of nostalgia seeing the characters but after that the game gets tedious.

Just play Battlefield.

This game is pretty fun, however unpolished in some areas. This is my first serious review but I'm gonna go over the pros and cons.


Co-Op: This game is a really fun Co-Op game. If it was single player it would not be fun imo. So get some friends to play with you! I'd like to see Co-Op more in games.

Customization: The customization in this game is a lot like Rainbow Six Vegas. Lots of camos, armor pieces, clothing, all which are cosmetic. You can change your clothes at anytime and save sets, so if you wanted to, you could change your clothing to match the biome you're in at all times.

Weapons: You can customize every single little piece of all the weapons which is really cool. However it's not all unlocked it's scattered across the world in crates and such which is really cool. You can unlock new weapons by finding them in crates or completing certain missions

That was all the pros I could think of so I'm going to say the things now that I didn't hate but didn't like a whole lot either


The Map: The map is very big which is cool! However a lot of the buildings are copied and pasted and theres a lot of emptiness in the world. The missions are pretty evenly split up which is cool.

The Missions: All of the missions that I played I didn't really care for. It was all kind of the same thing every mission. Go to a place, wipe out the enemy forces outside a building, go inside and either hack a computer, get a document or kill a boss etc. every mission.

Now the cons


Vehicles: The vehicles that I drove (I had a friend drive most of the time) felt very floaty, like theres no resistance or weight to them and it felt very weird. I had a freind who was flying a plane and tried landing and it got stuck in between a big rock, it spassed out and the flipped out and we landed, which is super dumb you'd expect it to explode after that. The vehicles really need improving.

The AI: The AI is honestly pretty bad for a game thats centered around fighting it. First off lets talk about the civillians. If you shoot a car and a dude jumps out and you leave it and walks away, it'll cause a traffic jam even though the other drivers can just drive around it. They just sit behind an abandoned car. I mean I think I maybe saw them go around it once? Im not sure. Now the civillians walking around are dumb too. They'll walk around in the middle of a gun fight just walking about like its normal. They dont react unless you shoot like directly in front of them. And the pathing is stupid too, me and a friend were in our menus for like 20 minutes and when you're in a menu in Co-Op atleast, it doesn't pause the game, so everyones still walking around. There were these same 3 civillians just walking back and forth in front of this building just screaming at us when we were just standing there.

Now lets talk about the enemies you actually fight. The enemies you fight are super dumb, at some points they'll just line up in the middle of the road while you gun them down instead of going for cover. When you go up and start spotting them with your drone, you literally need to be like right in there face for them to see the drone. Also a lot of times you'll literally kill a guy standing next to someone and no one will react, they'll walk right over their friends dead body like nothing happend, which brings me to my next point

Dead Corpses: Dead corpses in this game have no effect on anything. If you kill a guy thats isolated from everyone else behind a corner, and his buddy comes around that same corner where his dead body is, nothing happends. Why? I feel like corpses should play more of an important role than they do now. You should have to hide the bodies if you're doing a stealth mission so enemies dont find it. But as it is now they just vanish once you get like 50 meters away from it which is so dumb. I think corpses stay until you get a certain distance from them and right now its a super small distance. I think it should be 1km AT LEAST until they disappear. Like it feels so unrewarding after you just cleared out a whole town of bad guys and all thats left is some guns on the floor and no blood, bodies, or anything. At least give us a slider in the options menu or something as for either a timer on how long they stay or a slider for distance or something. It kills the hell out of my immersion when I kill a guy, turn around, then turn back around and his bodies gone.


So thats what I have to say for now, I may edit this and add more points but this is whats coming to my mind right now. I have this as recommended but ONLY if you have friends to play with. If you want to play a single player game, play something else. I had a lot of laughs while playing, some bringing me close to tears but only because I was with friends.


Co-Op is fun, nice customization for both the player and weapons. Map is big but kind of boring and empty, and the missions are mediocre. Vehicles control really bad and the AI is as dumb as rocks for both enemies and Civillians. Dead bodies play no role in the game and they really should and also they disappear way to fast. If you want to play this game, play with a friend.

The only thing that made this game was the voices on the game but then they removed it and now this game is a complete piece of ♥♥♥♥. 0/10.
