Doom in all its glory, this is a game that does fps single player right. The game play is actually fun, storyline is more meh but I mean it's doom go kill demons and send them back to hell what more of a story do you need? The pacing in the game is good, it introduces new gear or guns to shred everything in your path consistently through the game so you don't get bored. It does this without getting that "bloated" feeling some games have when they just give you too much stuff that starts to feel the same. Every now and then there are small mini game type challenges or small "puzzles" to solve to keep gameplay interesting. All in all I would give it an 9/10.
