So far, I’m really enjoying Arc Raiders. The PvE side is easily my favorite, especially with the added tension of PvP elements mixed in. The community has been surprisingly strong—most players are polite and helpful, aside from the occasional True Raider chaos. It feels like the game has a solid balance right now.

I do think adding a guild system, a player market, and a general social hub (with access to vendors) would take it to the next level. Overall, though, it’s a great game with a ton of potential.

I really like the format — it’s got a great story and solid art. What I don’t like is the scheduled release model. They’re treating it like a TV series, but that doesn’t really fit for an interactive game. You’re essentially paying for a full game but only getting about 20% at a time. Honestly, save yourself some frustration and wait until the entire thing is released.

Its sad that this game is going for a $1.84 (sale). Its worth way more and is fun to play. Pick it up and play with a friend.
