After really diving into this game I really enjoy it.

The community is pretty helpful/friendly (similar to ffxiv)

Really brings in that MMO feel

At times I'm not sure how to progress but, I can focus on something else like professions which is a bit of a grind but, I'm having fun.

Game has auto play where it will progress some tasks for you.

There is an arena that is automated but, soon there will be another arena mode that will let you control the characters in the fight which should be cool.

There's Dungeons, Raids, PvP. PvE all built into this "Gacha" universe and as someone that is free to play, there's plenty of rewards to go around.

I'm not saying it's the best game out there but I like it and I would definitely recommend it.
