Out of all three, this one fails the most at capturing the original atmosphere. It's just not dark enough. Looks cartoonish at times, and the character models really suck.

However, this is fun for people interested in achievements and I really haven't had any crashes or performance issues. The games controls are simplified/modernized and this is somewhat of a plus. It does make the game much easier, but it was needed in some very frustrating missions back on the ps2. Loading checkpoints is also a very nice quality of life feature.

I'm still going to try to 100% it, but the bad does outweigh the good, and even mods can't accurately capture the original vibe of the game. Vice City and San Andreas are a bit better.

its defaulted to low and i had my first crash in the first 70 minutes.
i do get a fairly consistent 60fps, even with AA cranked to 16x with all other settings on the low profile.
however, performance is still a mess at times.

needs some more work. should have scheduled this for a christmas release.

Art style is subjective, and I honestly don't mind style over realism... but this is slightly uninspired. Looks corporate.

Finish the game first, then put a price tag on it and if it's good enough people will buy it.
The idea is that you'll get your foot in the door and MAYBE open your wallet up for some Vans or a new griptape or trucks. Don't fall for this. And yeah, listen to all of the reviews talking about missing legacy features. That stuff being omitted isn't just about brand purity, this game is incredibly shallow and those features from the previous Skate titles would've absolutely helped to pad out content.

At least give people a reason to wanna blow their money on your stupid microtransaction shop.

Once you get past 50-70 hours, you will struggle to stay invested. If you leave and come back, forget about it. Has some cool concepts, such as mutations and some of my favorite power armor sets in the series, but the lack of a good story and horrible writing in general is noticeable. Fallout 4 at least has enough redeemable side quests to make the main story not as boring the second time around.

PVP-focused players are mad that people are enjoying the vast amount of PVE content in the game and not focusing on the best possible money making methods that they can steal from you. This game is at its best when you play it at a medium pace. The update to the quest/voyage table has made the game so much easier to just pick up and play, which is a huge deal.

they have lost the trust of the consumers. if you buy another mortal kombat product, you are a fool.

Great game like most others have said, but honestly should be considered an essential steam deck game.

Very nostalgic aesthetic, feels like something you'd see in an actual arcade decades ago. A mixture of Vampire Survivors and Diablo II.

Would love to see some form of mod support in the future; custom characters and skins.

For an early access title though, it does seem to have a lot of depth and hopefully anything more they add is complementary to the experience we already have.

Great game. Have much more playtime on the Playstation 2, but this is one of the greatest Star Wars games. If people stop playing the game in online servers, the single player still has plenty to offer. The campaign is actually pretty fun, despite not really changing much from what the multiplayer/instant action formula is. Galactic Conquest is great, but you'll probably end up having 3-4 different campaigns running at the same time like I do because you can't decide which faction to play. Has a good amount of mods to enhance your game, as well. If you can, try to get a bunch of friends and play the Hunt gamemode.

They reskinned Star Wars Battlefront into industry standard garbage. All it's missing is a battle pass, but that would require making functional content. Rather not give them ideas, actually.
