Update 9/21/25
Extremely slow tech support response time. Renewing my premium pass wiped a week's worth of guild event rewards. Known issue. Sorry! Inadequate and insulting. Tells me I don't need to spend money or time on this anymore as much as I'd like to, I can no longer recommend this game.

Kabam does not have a BBB rating because it is not a BBB Accredited Business, meaning it did not meet the BBB's standards for accreditation or chose not to apply. While not accredited, Kabam does have BBB profiles that detail consumer complaints and responses, though the profiles themselves do not provide a letter-grade rating.
What the absence of accreditation means:
Not vetted by the BBB: Kabam has not gone through the process to become a BBB Accredited Business.
No guarantee of trust: Accreditation is a sign that a business meets a high standard for customer care and is considered trustworthy, which is not confirmed for Kabam by its BBB profile.

This is probably the best if not one of the very best games I've ever played quite frankly, and I'm OG.
This should never have happened, but kudos to Sony for listening, and bending the knee to the PSN network link requirement. Shame on trying to stealth change the terms after the debacle, but props to them for relatively quickly recognizing the Pandora's Box they'd just opened. A lot of damage has already been done, lets see if they can put the Genie back in the bottle.

Original Post: No. I will not give Sony my personal info. They have a suck history of protecting it. It is NOT in the EULA. This is a breach of contract. Don't make us go class action. You will lose Sony.

Game play is fun. Reminds me of FTL in many ways. Missions can be repetitive

The Ending is a big middle finger to the player that paid for it.

Huge fan of the story and universe, the books, most of the movies.

I was taken with nostalgia today to try it and... it seems more dated than WoW Beta in 02.

Uninstalled after ~90 minutes.
