Soo much better then windows store
I liked SoT to being with it's fun
But Steam is far less laggy and far less rubberbanding :D

FALSE BANS
Do I really need to say more?
This game is NOTORIOUS for false banning it's members AS WELL AS notorious for NOT even trying to improve their system or help the people affected.

I do not usually review games. I never really see a need to typically cause I never have trouble. I never get banned from games either.
So here is my story:

So it all started off fun. A Pokemon-style game, granted they copied ALOT of things, but the point being it started nice. Even got friends into it.

I just casually played with my boyfriendi. Legit he was the only one I played with on there, he'd help me get through dojo battles, etc.
I played maybe 2-3 times a week, and was just chill with it. Was something chill for quiet moments.

About a week ago both of us were banned. No reasons were given, even though they say that the reason is shown on log in (It is not)
Well we BOTH emailed Crema Support.
First thing you should know, it takes DAY(S) to get ONE reply. Just one.

Neither of us were asking to be unbanned, we were asking WHY we were banned. We wanted to know why because then, depending why, we woulda asked, but to now we have not.

Crema took OVER A DAY to reply an AUTOMATED message to us both. Which was "We will look into it and see about appeal"

Okay but we didn't ask for appeal, we asked why.

We both replied our thanks still though, reiterating we just wanted to know why, only to both get the next automated message, which was "sorry but we aren't unbanning or giving info, read tos"

We did.
NOTHING against TOS did we even do.

We legit would trade with each other, he would sometimes trade in discord. THAT IS IT. We kept to ourselves ALOT.

Well we emailed back saying "Okay but we haven't done anything against TOS so if you guys could point out exactly what that would be nice"
AUTOMATED MESSAGE

"We will not be unbanning, read TOS"

Which again...we didn't ask for unban, we asked WHAT in the TOS we broke

Replied that again, same automated message.
So went to the discord mod mail.
It took them literally all day to reply "Sorry we can't help ya"
ALL.
DAY.

Instead of trying to help get in better contact with someone who COULD help, they were legit refusing to even do that. "Sorry, can't help" and being kinda rude about it.

Eventually, when I was about to say what they could help me with, Mod mail stopped working. They have a dumb rule of "no DMing the mods" so I can't get any further help.
I have researched this. We are NOT the only ones who are suffering from this either. Many people have had the exact same experience as us, because they think their system isn't flawed.

When it infact is HIGHLY flawed.

All we wanted was "Why"

But we can't get it

The Customer support is the ABSOLUTE WORST support I've EVER dealt with, and we all know I've dealt with some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ones.
The ban system is absolute garbage, just go google how many people have been falsely perma banned.
They do not treat their players like human beings, they treat them like pests.
Just avoid the game like the plague, Monster Hunter Capture game coming to PC soon if you want a pokemon like game. At least it doesn't directly copy Pokemon like Temtem has.

After trying to talk to someone, they started stalking my social media where I vented my problems on my PERSONAL view. They then messaged me on discord saying I was being rude (It is legit exactly what I said here, I copy pasted it) when it is MY EXPERIENCE.

They turned around and pointed me to be the issue instead of trying to work with me to even figure out what happened.
I lost hope in Crema Staff.
