I played this game for 300 hours so I could tell you with absolute certainty that this is a niche product that I absolutely adore and that most people will bounce off of in its current state. I think that the experience of piecing together the story of the UESC Marathon as an immortal enslaved mercenary in an immersive high stakes PvPvE environment is a lot of fun, and that the developers should build on this foundation to create alternative, equally immersive, lower stakes pure PvP and PvE experiences within the game to attract a wider audience. If that sparks your curiosity wait until the seasonal wipe on June 2nd before you buy.
