The upgrade version of Sim City 4? Well, I guess I can say 'yes'. To be honest never had the chance to play Sim City, but from what I know, the AI was pretty bad. That's probably the best thing on Cities: Skylines. The AI is very good, not perfect was you might wish during your gameplay, but it's pretty good. The graphics? Good but not that optmized. A lot of tools, a lot of buildings, a lot of gas stations on the same street *spoiler alert*, and it has Steam Workshop, were you can find a lot of cool things, sence props to maps, mods to intersections... It's a lot believe me.

Overall: 7/10. Because it's a little bit laggy at the fps, AI can still be improved (and it's Paradox focus) and there's a lot of dlc to this game... a little expensive, but worth it at sales price!

Ok, so there's some positive things about this game:

1. You can choose Fidel Castro as your 'avatar'! Yeah pretty cool ... I guess;
   
2. It looks like those Facebook games where you need to pay to upgrade the city as fast as you want, but here you already paid for it;
   
3. It has a campaign tho, pretty good in this type of games;
   
4. Nice music actually! Very... Very... Tropical ???

Now the negative part of this game:

1. Graphics, blah... If this is a simulation game then the graphics need to be good! AT LEAST GOOD! They are not the worst, but they are not good either! ;
   
2. The control, so confusing! Got me a little confused I spent like 20 min trying to figuring how do I construct something, find out it was on right mouse button... ;
   
3. The gameplay, how dah hell do I rotate the buildings? Can't I just have a line of farms correctly turned to the road? Damn... ;

Overall? Yeah pretty sure is like a 5/10 , because it has a campaign , the music is good but it could be better like if it there was a radio (reference to GTA V), other wise, music is just bad and gets anoying. The graphics could be better, like in a rate where City Skyline is good and Euro Truck Simulator is the best , Tropico 4 is bad .

At the beginning everyone was talking about this game, and the game was fun. It's a nice ideia by PLAYERUNKNOW .
The servers were good at that time ( in my opinion ). But the game got so famous around the world, in a way no one was expecting. They got a lot of troubles. Servers full, communication problems, bugs in-game... damn. But the game was on beta. A lot needed to be improved. The game is getting better and better. Easy to play, getting less heavier then it was at the beginning. New things are coming and i believe that, in 2018, when the game get's released, already out of beta, it may be one of the best games of the year.

Ok. This is my opinion before I play this game: "OMG OMG OMG I FINNALLY CAN DRIVE A TRAIN AND SEE HOW ALL IT WORKS!!!". This is my opinion after 8 hours of game : "I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST SPENT MY MONEY IN THIS GAME!!! ".

1st of all, the academy is so bad that I needed to search and learn the rules by searching on Google. 2nd, To make matters worse then I thought the game is so bad optmized. Even Euro Truck Simulator 2, with better graphics, all in high!, has a better performance. 3rd, you made a tab in the menu saying "Tutorial" but nothing was shown, so I really don't know what's the point of it. 4th, I learned very well the controlls, but why can't I increase the brakes level? I have used all the ways you teach, but no matter what train, no matter what scenario or difficulty, the breaks never increased. 5th,why doesnt the TGV speed up after I stop it? I had always to stop the engine and start it again, and that was the only way to speed up normally again. 6th, in one of the missions (4 or 5 counting from the beggining) in career mode, you tell us to move the container carriages to one of the lines, but one thing? all of them? To that line? the why you tell us to move them to another line? is it supose to move all of them? which one then? why do you have so many numbers after "Marshall" ? You don't explain that?

I'm just a gamer, I shouldn't need a degree to have fun while at the same time learning the train mechanics, this game does a poor job in that departmen. And my point is, once I can refund, I wouldn't recommend the game meanwhile you don't fix this problems.

It's free. Don't need a good PC. 4 people can play in one PC. Why not playing? It's cool, maybe 7,5/10.

One more epic game to the ones who like adventure and realistic games whit excellent graphics and a great history.

This game is to old. But good One of the most epic game from the GTA collection! Now we have the GTA V but the GTA: San Andreas Is prety good if we come back to the year when he did get on the stores.

Everything is good except the controlers :/ .

This game is not a competitive game, or a lvl game, or history game... This is a game to play modes. This game is like: "I'm done whit the competitives games, whit the Super Mario games and the Portal games... I have an ideia! I'm gonna play a mod game!"

That's what I think when I was done whit my Nintendo, CS:GO and Portal 2.

Another game where you may broke your mouse :/ . I mean, from the game's name we can see that involves click on moude button, but there is a point of the game where you need to click the fast as you can. So first of all buy or use a old a cheap mouse so for you don't waste to much money.
