It kinda sucks

It's pretty good, its got bad GUI scaling though so anything past 1080p is hard to see if you have bad eyesight so just be prepared to downscale your monitor because the fullscreen auto scaler is also broken.

I do not recommend this game. As someone who started with Victoria 2 in paradoxes' history. I can safely assure you after 10 hours this game does not reach the level of depth seen in base Victoria 2, this is not even accounting for Pop Demand Mod. if you want an economic simulator that has engaging mechanics and a UI that is more comprehensive, which is hilarious because Victoria 2's UI is anything but, then I recommend Victoria 2 or even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ EU4 Extened Timeline god help you. I have requested a refund and I advise people to do the same until proper mechanics have been implimented. I will change this review as the game is updated and I repurchase (if steam does even refund the game) once these issues are fixed.
