702.10c If a creature has haste, its controller can activate its activated abilities whose cost includes the tap symbol or the untap symbol even if that creature hasn’t been controlled by that player continuously since their most recent turn began. (See rule 302.6.)

I don't see how this is related to Rain World but I guess there is risk of rain too

Me encanta la parte en la que los protagonistas dicen: "Y juntos somos el bokura" y empiezan a bokurear por todo el planeta. Ahora necesito otro jugador para terminármelo porque a 'alguien' no le apetece volver a jugarlo.
