Massive cheating problem.

Until they fix the cheating problems in the game this review will remain negative. I am someone with a couple thousand dollars inventory, over 1000 hours and the game is currently unplayable. The rate of cheaters in my games is more than half. I play 5 games at least 3 of them have one or more people walling or aim hacking. It completely ruins the experience of what is fundamentally at the ground level a great game.

The second negative thing but its classic valve is there is negative content in this game. There is nothing to play for or towards except a number which gets boring real quick. No content is not the reason for the negative review though, its the cheating problem. Cheaters have ruined CS2.

I will change my review when Valve implements an anti cheat of any kind.

I also have this game on PS5 and happily bought a second copy to play on PC. I have never played any games outside of the FPS genre, my D&D experience does not go past the Stranger Things on Netflix. That being said, this is the best game I have ever had the pleasure to play. It is something I would have never tried but I am so glad that I did. If you are like me and this game is not in your wheelhouse I implore you to give it a try. You can read other reviews for more details but if you are in my camp and wondering if you should buy it than please use my example. If this game is not game of the year, then the system is rigged.

Without a shadow of a doubt a 10/10, worth the hype, and worth a play.

I played Overwatch since 2016, but this is not Overwatch. Now onto the review....

Don't buy anything. Play one game and see how you like it. Then uninstall the game.

This game was such a giant that fell from grace. Disgusting.

The game itself is great. The crashes are unacceptable for a AAA title. Today i played 6 warzone 2 games and two of which i crashed after investing time into each match.
Pros: movement, gunplay, ttk, map is great, guns feel great, looting is fun and fresh
Cons: constant crashes, lag spikes when jumping out of the plane, lag spike in loading screens, lag spikes in gulag, gulag itself, the menu and overall UI looks like a intern designed it

I am giving this a thumbs up for the gameplay, when you dont crash or lag it is very fun. However, i will be changing this to a thumbs down if the crashes are not addressed within the month.

All jokes aside this game is at lease a year from being playable. All of these negative comments are correct and justifiable. The main killer for me is the excessive bloom on AR's and the hit registration is terrible across all of the weapons and vehicles. I mag dumped a sniper from behind from about 5 meters and was unable to confirm the elimination with the rifle and had to use the side arm. I am no game developer so i dont know why this happens but this is the first game in my life that ive seen this.

I have a 2080TI, i9-9900K, and 68gb of ram + i am RGB LED'd out of my mind and the game still runs poorly.

COD warzone - 180 FPS
Apex 244 FPS
BF 2042 - 45-60FPS

Cyberpunk 2077, the first game in history to have thousands of people waiting outside of stores overnight... to return the game the next day. This game was knowingly sold unfinished. At least the Atlas dev's now have something to laugh at. The definition of a scam is promising a product, selling a product, and not delivering the product. I would highly not recommend buying this until the game is finished in 2022. What a waste. Shame on CDPR. Go watch Crowbcat's video if you disagree with me or if you are considering buying this title. yikes...

People are knocking this game down with poor reviews 3 hours after launch. DO NOT listen to these morons. The game definitely needs polishing but the overall concept is great. That is what counts! The hero designs are unique. Any hero based shooter will have balancing issues, that is natural, but don't listen to the clowns screaming there is no balance at all and tanks are broken or movement is broken. There is multiple stages of the game, for example tanks feel invincible early game, but late game they can be outplayed with movement, and vice versa, movement feels broken late game, but early game the squishy "DPS" hero's get melted if rushed by a tank. I really enjoy this game. PLEASE do not read negative reviews and skip trying it, it is a free game that is worth trying, might not be for everyone but it is worth trying!!!!!!
We gamer's are thirsty for good games, but knocking a game down before it can get on its feet is not how you get a good game in the end. Look at Fortnite, that game was trash on release, but they didn't get hammered by critics, reworked their game, and became the most dominate game of all time...........

PROS:
Unique PvPvE shooter concept
Multiple stages of the match lead to great strategy
Engine runs fine
Creative design
Every character is strong is some form and weak in another
Gunplay feels fun and engaging with abilities not feeling overpowered but have strong utility
Arcade like shooter (lots of HP, some people might see this as a con)
Its not another stale BR

CONS:
Lacking any form of voice chat or text chat is absolutely hurting the game
Objectives are hard to follow due to the above
Balance (totally normal, when you make a hero based shooter you must commit to constantly updating and balancing the game)
Map design does not have much continuity and feels very random, does not need to be three lane, but it would be nice to have some actual lanes or landmarks that are recognizable.
ping system sucks (amplified by not having voice or text chat)
Maps lack verticality
