Overall I thought this was a good game so I was surprised by the mixed reviews.

The campaign is a bit short, (it took me about 8 hours on the nose) but there is a lot more multiplayer content in this newest edition of the game. I'm guessing there is more content to come based on the story line.

The game had a rough launch but its really hit its stride now and is an excellent successor to Cities Skylines and had a great future ahead of it.
