This is it, stop making games we did it.

It's pretty obvious from the start that they didn't put any love into this remake. RE2 remake and RE4 remake both were done with care and you can tell there was effort put into them. This game took me 4 hours to beat and I took my time while playing it. The story, map, and pacing changes made from the original game are all for the worse. Instead of making RE Resistance, they should've spent that time expanding the world and making it bigger and interconnected. I wanted to love this game, but it was just lacking in so many areas. Unless this game is on a deep sale and you have nothing better to play, don't buy it. Even then I would recommend picking up almost any of the other RE games (RE2 remake, RE4, RE4 remake, REVII, REVIII, etc.).

After playing 20 hours in the first two days of the game's early access release, this game is 100% in early access. While I have been enjoying the game a lot, there are still bugs everywhere, crashes, and issues with multiplayer (some of which have already been fixed in hotfixes). However, pushing past those issues the game is amazing. So many different ways to approach both combat and role-playing. I have experiences completely different outcomes in the game's first town area in my solo playthrough compared to a coop playthrough. While this game is by no means perfect or even close to flawless yet, I believe that Larian Studios is more than capable of fixing the games current issues by the time of full release. If they were able to do it for D:OS and D:OSII they can certainly take the feedback from early access to make this game the best it can be and so far they have released 2 hotfixes which have already started to limit the amount of bugs I see when playing the game. Do not buy this game if you want a polish complete game, but if you are like me and don't want to wait another year to be able to play and don't mind a few bugs every so often then you should find a more than enjoyable experience with Baldur's Gate 3.
