must have for vr

Currently breaks my steam vr chaperone so lots of baging into wall, but other than that it pure bliss i never wont to leave this place.

Pure breed perfections , few mods to add custom songs and away you go, killing boxes

Have been Playing this game since it was first opened up to the public after the failed kickstarter back in november of 2015, my original review from back then can be read below this updated review. This game for me has been a journey, i picked it up asap when i heard about it as my favouite childhood game for the ps1 was Firebugs ( the half adopted brother of rollcage (The game this is the spiritual succsessor to)) back then i was impressed modern graphics with that retro adrenaline hit. Ive seen this game grow and grow with reular updates usually one evey month or two going from 1 vehecle to 15, from 1 track to a whole bunch.

The Game handles itself really well now, the physics have come a long way, and whilst they can be a little frustrating ( comes with the teritory of going 450mph is a huge car ) its well balanced, often rewarding good driving and braking and punishing when you let yourself get out of control.

Multiplayer is as good as any other racing game out there with a a clean lobby system with the option to specate if you join an in progress lobby. If were talking about multiplayer we cant forget about split screen with the option to go up to 4 player split screen and the option to switch between vertical and horizontal for 2 player , it great to see a modern game hold onto the local multiplayer optiuons.

overall i love this game its like someone took my childhood and made it new and shiny again. cant wait to see what the future holds for grip

Despite being So early in development this game is incredible, even with just single race mode and arena mode at the moment it is so much fun, the cars feel Strong and "meaty" if a little unstable at the moment, the finish and polish of the rendering engine is incredible this game already looks stunning. The weapons take this game to its own level with beautiful locking rockets and frustratingly accurate machine guns the shield have some of the best design work I’ve ever seen.

AS of this review Split screen has just been launched, and works a treat using 2 Xbox controllers, more support is apparently coming but if you don’t have 2 controllers "x360ce" works a treat for faking it. And honestly i can’t wait for online multiplayer; i know it’s likely quite far off in development. But hell I’ve sunk 20 hours in already just racing around with the AI and I’m still having so much fun with it.

The latest update has added a third racing track (very early in development) as well as making some massive improvements to the other two. New weapon has been added called the Assassin which is a beautifully destructive tracking missile.

Updates have been regular having 5 BIG updates since the games pre alpha release in November (its Feb 2nd now)

All in all i can’t recommend this game enough, even this early in development I feel that it’s worth every penny of the asking price right now

Still loving this game Content updates are stiill frequent and substancial, this game is makeing big strides towards completion.

glitchy as hell but great fun with freinds
