A lot of people think that having rare skins and pets- sorry, "buddies" literally gives you more rings, thus giving an unfair advantage to those with many rare skins compared to new players
While skins do give more score, I don't know if you've ever played a Sonic game before, but Score =/= Rings.
Rings are earned during rounds to determine the outcome of a game. Score is... Well I'm not too sure myself, but what I do know is that it is completely unrelated to the outcome of the match, and only effects areas outside of the gameplay.

A lot of people have left negative reviews over this fact, though it seems people are quickly realizing and leaving reviews addressing the misinformation, so that's good.

This is still a mobile Fall Guys clone, and it definitely still has reason to leave a negative review, there are, of course, a ton of microtransactions, I personally have a lot of issues with the presentation, but I honestly just find the game fun. Doesn't hurt to check it out.

P.S I'm remembering after posting that oh yeah, skills exist. Dunno how much they feed into being P2W, don't care/too tired to look into it right now, if someone wants to educate in the comments about it, uh I couldn't stop you even if I wanted to regardless.

P.P.S, A while later, I've heard a lot of people complain about the skills being P2W, and people effectively pressing the win button with OP skills.
I have seen this in exactly 2 instances, and every other time I fail, it mostly feels like my own fault. Maybe I'm just not paying enough attention, maybe I'm just really lucky, maybe other people are really unlucky, maybe Negativity bias is kicking in hard for everyone, maybe I'm just a simp for Sonic the Hedgehog.
