Let me start this off by saying this is a very good game that has such a cohesive theme that makes the whole game world come together perfectly.

BUT there is two things that a stopping me from saying a full %100 worth buying, the optimisation and the bugs.

First off the optimisation is poor, it's come far from what it used to be but is still trash. To put in perspective I have a Ryzen 5 2600X 6 core, 12 thread CPU OCed to 4.15Ghz, 16GB of 3000Mhz DDR4 RAM, a GTX 1080ti and all SSD storage, and when playing in with my friend if I don't disable sound (Launching the game with -nosound) I get 20-30 FPS, no matter the settings. Seriously.

Second of all the bugs, personally I don't run into that many, but for a client the bugs are super common and gamebreaking, this includes, but isn't limited to: Being launched into space when getting into a vehicle, terrain not show correctly, ghost resources, falling through the earth for no reason, sun spinning around the planet you load into at hyperspeed to catch up to host, etc

All in all I really had a hard time deciding if I wanted to recommend this game. It basically boils down to how willing you are to deal with the poor optimisation and bugs. If you absolutely cannot stand them then this is a hard no, if you willing to put up with them for a very fun survival game. Yes.

While there is actually a good game here, it's very unfinished. from what I can figure out you just suposed to freeroam drift. That's it, no races, not events, just a random room that you or some other guy hosts.

I also found even with the car tuned for "grip" the car slides far to easily, almost as if i was on ice.

As for the rest of the game it's pretty good, with car customizations and being able to engine swap (but no ability to tune or upgrade aside from that).

Overall unless you like sliding around like your on ice without anything else like drifting with others (since the only person I saw glitched out and left) this game is probably something to watch, but not buy, yet.

Early Access Review
I have followed this game for awhile, only buying it now out of bordem and hype. While I do this waiting for the full release may be a good idea, you still get a great game even now, though you can see afew things that are still waiting on the content that time brings. The control are amazing though I had to turn down the senitivity which makes use the menu annoying (Please add separate menu and control senitivity). The graphics are amazing, and with 12 Devs it seems insane how good it is. As you progress though the sectors (which are randomly generated for each run) they get harder, so it becomes this race between you getting better stuff and more deadly sh*t trying to kill you. If you played the Galaxy on Fire series (I only played GoF2 but still) you will remember the voice actors and it does make afew refences to it past. Despite being in early access the game runs smoothly, with only FPS drop I had is when I blew up a massive alien frigate, to which I then died to all it's reinforcements. All in all this game seems to be one of the few games that is living up to the hype train (at least the one I was riding) that it has created for itself. Best of luck to the Devs of this game, you have a gem of a game here, Don't screw it up.
