I haven't enjoyed diving into a game like this in a long time. The world is so vibrant and alive, the gameplay is so tense and engaging, and the music and sound are top-notch as well. The shells all feel so different and all of the weapons feel useful.

I really enjoyed Arc Raiders, but the main issues I had were that I enjoy shooting in 1st person more, I felt bad about PvPing in AR, and I didn't feel like I had a long term goal there. All three of those are answered in Marathon so I can play it when I want to have a more engaging experience and go to AR when I just want to chill without trying too hard.

It's Monster Hunter, so you know what to expect. The game could be better optimized, but I'm having a blast.
