Hello! I tried to post in the Stellaris forums, but got permanently banned for "grave digging" your post on mods not working (even though it is a really new post! hope you don't mind my posting here :) I had the same problem, and what I found was that the settings where you can schedule your updates was messing with several games. I had mine set to auto-update only at night, and when I turned that off Stellaris mods updated properly and showed in the launcher. Hopefully that helps!
