For a Demo it was great, but I'm assuming the full game is just more of the same.

Controls feel clunky in helm mode, the oversimplification I think does more harm than good if your coming from elite or sc as in helm mode you dont get a joystick but a weird thingamabob to point the ship.
pips are simplified all or nothings, and since I wasn't able to get very far it really felt like a point and click adventure game. There didn't seem to be really a lot of benefit to micromanaging your ship. On the RTS side of things not having access to keybinds like in the wargame series or be able to place and orient units exactly due to the way they implemented the 3D feature makes me think hard content is more frustrating than difficult.

I genuinely don't know why we need controllers for this game, honestly the elite dangerous take of vr with Mnk would have been preferable for me since the controls are quite clunky.

I had performance issues, had to restart a couple times, makes my GPU schreech like BL4 on launch when it doesn't work. That combined with being soft locked after selling my frigate made me really stop trying.

I wish I could have had a bit more time before the game broke on me to try it out, but it seemed like so much quality of life was missing already at the begining I feel that it does not bode well for later content.

Im sure its enjoyable but not worth it for me at $24 when there are other options that are more fleshed out.
$24 is a lot for whats basically a really good unity demo that needs to be fleshed out with quality of life everywhere basic sound design and actual controls

You can remove most of the HBG content without anyone complaining rn since their unusable/redundant.

Every bowgun and build feels the same now. No variation. Just tetrad into special, repeat. It feels like a longer lance with only basic moves.
