Do you enjoy putting things in neat, satisfying arrangements? Then this game will click with you immediately. Are you drawn to that slightly strange, stylized medieval aesthetic, the kind that feels pulled from old manuscripts and tapestries? This game has that charm in spades. And if both of those things sound appealing, then there’s really no question: this game was made with you in mind.

Do you want a HOMM-inspired game in space? That's it, and it's damn good. It's not a clone and has sprinkles of fresh stuff around the familiar HOMM III mechanics.

Probably one of the simplest, if not the simplest, fighting games out there and a great way to learn solid fundamentals found in most 2D fighters. Even if you’re not interested in fighting games beyond the simplest ones, it’s still a killer party game, and you can even find tournaments for it.

Probably one of the best puzzle-stealth games in existence and one of my top 50 games of all time, thanks to its simple mechanics that can lead to multiple clever outcomes. The game constantly makes you feel smart, an effect reinforced by its awesome jazzy soundtrack and its funny corporate-espionage spoof storyline, where you’re often required to pull off stylish moves and sometimes deliver one-liners. Surprisingly, a few story beats will probably break your heart.

A 1v1 deck-builder with civilization-like elements and a fair amount of randomness with great art direction, simple yet clever economic mechanics, and plenty of room for strategic bluffing.
