Short and sweet collectathon platformer. The linear ability progress is fun to toy with and you're never confused as to the next point bundle's whereabouts.

The gamers yearn for Banjo-Threeie.

Phenomenal RPG inspired by TTYD.

It has the aesthetic down pat and the humorous, satirical writing doesn't sacrifice emotional depth from any of the characters. The music is invigorating and joyous whilst the combat iterates on its contemporaries without feeling cumbersome.

If you are at all a fan of Bug Fables or the early Paper Mario games then this will absolutely be worth full price (the Supporter Edition doubly so.)

To be more critical, I believe the game needs a few minor tweaks to really come into its own.

Guarding and perfect guarding need atleast one extra frame for both windows. Some enemy attacks are quick on telegraphs so that it becomes difficult to guard a chain of blows. This is more apparent on "stampede" attacks where the guard window is vague and not shared between both field members when one can perfect guard and one normal guards.

Certain trinkets should stack their effects with each other including Patches' Taunt plus Spiky shells or HP/MP per turn trinkets. The stun chance for an upgraded move provides explicit chance so I see no reason this can't be added to trinkets.

Revisiting Chapter 4's first area after the escape pods crash reveals the same dialogue for the two NPCs there, they should be openly hostile considering the events leading up to that point. Red being stuck on her thankful dialogue after defeating her Grandmother so she no longer does her job (fair tbh). There are other cases of this for Chapter 3 reusing NPC dialogue on the ship but its minor overall.

Attack assist does not seem to work on all synergy moves? I only ever tried it on Tynder and Eva.

A filter system or an "equipped trinkets" section for the Trinket management menu would be greatly appreciated.

Nonetheless, It's a really good game. Please play and review it.

Very good numbermaxing roguelike.

My initial impression was sour due to the slow introduction to the more interesting interactions between symbols, pattern/symbol multipliers and charge items making more and more patterns appear to appease my lizard brain. However after the first 2 hours and introducing the overarching run factors between corpse items, drawers and memory cards (potentially others I haven't seen) I can say that Cloverpit can nearly hit the peaks that Balatro and Nubby's Number Factor resides.

I think that the ambient fan and lack of soundtrack hurts the overall experience and potential dopamine high the game wants the player to reach. Other minor inconveniences that grow into annoyances are the charm swapping and checking each function to properly gauge what is needed and where. The pattern scoring is also too slow (even at 4x, just add a skip transition animation option please) when in the late game.

For example, Balatro has its Jokers accessible at the top of the screen at nearly all times, so you're aware of what you have and what is the weakest link to replace. If I need to know my deck ratios for suits they are available within 2 clicks. Cloverpit offers a derelict room with (at first) amusing distractions which you can barely move around with WASD. When in the process of a round, you are locked into staring at the slots and cannot look to your sides for information or pause the game once the columns roll. This makes the mental stack of your charms' effects and the slot machines' probabilities a hassle in a longer run.

Overall its entertaining and its only half a Silksong!

After nearly three thousand hours of casual play among the various systems of progression and using them alongside the Geneva Convention as my personal playbook, I can say with certainty that I fully enjoyed what Warframe had to offer me.

Having played for over a decade and seeing the wacky wahoo sword man make leaps and bounds to now wielding his namesake blade. Piloting an AC130 with thighs the size of cargo freighters in order to defend a repugnant E-boy with a receding hairline. Even getting banned in region chat for suggesting The Crown Prince is packing more heat than an Epitaph primer.

I adore the movement available to you with the assorted weapons to augment your slaughter. I am smitten with so many characters and their plot threads that have graced the Origin System. I can not fathom a better customization system for minor aspects of your day-to-day gameplay.

The many hours to hit Mastery Rank 30 were fun. This game is eternally part of my life and I couldn't recommend it anymore than I have.

Basic game over screen does not loop seamlessly.
About 20~ minutes of actual gameplay. Which isn't very engaging or fun.
Your i-frames let you pass through breakable obstacles.
Getting grappled near the border of the level will reveal the foreground border.
Tewi's name is misspelled.
Menu navigation in the pause menu is too fast on controller.

Overall it is a gallery dressed up as a $9 game, but the content within is quality and gets me bricked like a penitentiary.
