First couple of hours start pretty slow but after getting some skills in place the combat gets much better and the story and side missions are pretty good so far as well. I am running the game on Ultra settings with max FPS set to 60 and have not had a single dip so I am not sure about the performance complaints. One thing I did notice when bumping up to ultra was that I needed to restart the game for it to actually work. Until I did everything seemed like it was set to low because everything got very distorted.
