There is no slug build. BHVR already removed ALL of the useful perks for that before you even started playing (Knockout was the only one specifically for that anyway, and sometimes Deerstalker although that one was never worth the slot to me). The only one you could argue is still relevant would be Sloppy Butcher I guess, since that makes healing slower but healing is so fast and We're Gonna Live Forever is not uncommon at this point (fast heals on downed survivors + Endurance armor when they get back up). Sloppy Butcher won't work with Legion's Frenzy hits though, since it requires an M1.
