Play this for pvp. 8/10 pvp 4/10 for pve.

The pvp is fairly well balanced with a ton of options on how to build your character. The game has some of the most intense small group pvp I have encountered. Running around with your friends while pvp flagged is a ton of fun. The wars are a little inbalanced towards the defender right now but a ton of fun. The large group roaming pvp is fun but the game starts to get hit registration issues with 20+ people fighting. Still a lot of fun.

The pve content has some serious issues with respawns happening instantly, hitbox registration issues, mobs will randomly leash with ranged attacks, boss mechanic issues (stuff like boss mechanics focusing a target but not letting your group know in any way who is being targeted. Makes the fights random.) However, despite the major issues with pve it is good enough to level up in the world. Most of the issues come from dungeons.

Played in Alpha when the game was incomplete. Came back to play recently and I have been enjoying it. Free to play is way more forgiving than most games. You really don't need to sink money in to the game to progress like many free to play games.

Buy this for the single player and direct connecting to friends online. And get a controller.

Do not buy for GTA: Online.

You need to do work to get it to run online without disconnecting
The load screens are inexcusably long because it is a port
If you kill someones car, even if they are harassing you, you pay a decent sum of money
The game is like 60 gb because it is a port
Online should be considered for direct connect with friends only

It's just like the real thing.
